Dispatch and Confirmation
We strive to dispatch your order promptly, typically within 2 business days. Upon placing an order with Joy Jewellery Bali, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from our business partner, MyParcel.
Responsibility
Up to and including the delivery, Joy Jewellery Bali is responsible for the order. After delivery, the responsibility is transferred to the customer.
International Shipments
Please note that shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Kindly check your national customs website to anticipate any additional costs beyond the order price.
