We are doing everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However , if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order please let us know as soon as possible so we can respond appropriately. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible but please take 2 business days into account for wrapping up your jewellery and sending it out with our shipping partner Post NL.
After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation by email and after the package has been shipped you will receive another email with a track and trace code.
No Delivery fees will be charged for orders within the Netherlands. For worldwide orders free shipping is applied above orders of € 100. Shipments outside the EU may be subjected to import duties and tax and are to be paid by the purchaser.
Your purchase will carefully be gift wrapped in tissue paper and in an organza bag. Adding a personal message on a gift card is a service we offer for free. Let us know in the comment box at the checkout what you would like us to write.
Payment can be done via Ideal, Mastercard or Visa. If you want to pay via a bank transfer please let us know so we can send you our bank details.

Joy jewellery Bali makes unique jewellery and is happy to help you organizing your corporate Christmas (or any other occasion) hampers. We are able to create customized jewellery and so make an unforgettable impression on your clients, colleagues or employees.
Materials and service
For our jewellery we use 925 sterling silver from Italy and Indonesia. Our silversmiths in Bali are doing a fantastic job translating our ideas into silver charms, often combined with semi precious stones. In order to keep your jewellery shiny and clean wear them as much as possible. In the case you are not wearing them please store in a dark and dry place to avoid tarnishing. Tarnished silver can be cleansed by using silver polish and a soft cloth. We provide a cleaning and repair service if your jewellery needs to be restrung or polished.
