Article 4 | Product Descriptions and Pricing

Joy Jewellery Bali offers high-quality 925 sterling silver products, often adorned with semi-precious stones. Our jewelry is crafted using 925 sterling silver sourced from Italy and Indonesia. Our skilled artisans in Bali transform our designs into exquisite products.


Joy Jewellery Bali does not sell second-hand jewelry.


Joy Jewellery Bali makes an effort to accurately present and describe the products on the website. It is however possible that the website may contain minor errors. In case of this situation, the customer can use their right of cancellation.


If the ordered products are no longer available, Joy Jewellery Bali will inform the customer as soon as possible by email.


Article 5 | Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our Terms & Conditions, including our policies on pricing, payment, shipping, and returns. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the order process, please send a message to [email protected] for assistance.


5.1 Order process
The agreement becomes binding the moment you place your order. Joy Jewellery Bali will process the order after you have paid.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your payment has been accepted, along with the details of your order and shipping information

5.2 Payment
Joy Jewellery Bali / Bali Bagus Trade accepts payments via iDeal, Mastercard, and Visa.

5.3 Secure payments
All transactions are done in a safe and secure environment. For Mastercard and Visa payments additional protection is provided by secure authorization methods.

5.3 Orders in Sale
Items sold during a sale are non-refundable, and customers cannot expect to receive their money back for products purchased at a discounted rate. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to finding a solution. Article 6 | Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order promptly, typically within 2 business days. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from our business partner MyParcel.

Up to and including the delivery, Joy Jewellery Bali is responsible for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility is transferred to the customer.

International Shipments:
Please note that shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6.2 Shipping partner(s)
All orders are done by Post NL, dutch postal services. If the order is international, outside the Netherlands, Post NL will transfer the parcel to an official postal service of the country in issue.

6.3 Import duties for international shipping
Shipments outside the EU may be subjected to import duties and tax and are to be paid by the purchaser. Please check the national customs website to be prepared for extra costs above the price of the order.

Article 7 | Returns and exchanges
Not happy with your order, that can happen.  We want to make it as easy as possible. Please contact us, and make sure to mention your order number. When you send an order back to us, please make sure to add a filled-in return form with all important information such as;

  • Your name
  • Date of sending the order back
  • Order number
  • Address

7.1 Right of cancelation
If you ordered an item but regret the order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel the order immediately and refund the purchase amount including the shipping costs.


7.2 Right of withdrawal
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Joy Jewellery Bali. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days you can still return your order for a different item or receive a gift card for the amount of the product, excluding the shipping costs.

After 30 days after the order date, we do not accept returns.


7.3 Conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted

Joy Jewellery Bali only accepts items that

  • have been bought on the website www.joyjewellerybali.com
  • have not been worn
  • in the original packaging
  • are not sold during a ‘Last Chance Sale’

If the products do not meet the above conditions Joy Jewellery Bali will reject the product and contact the customer. To arrange:

  • sending the product back to the customer
  • a partial refund
  • exchange it for a different product
  • give a gift card with the exact purchase amount, excluding the shipping costs

7.4 How to return an order
Not satisfied with your purchase? To initiate a return, please email [email protected] or fill out the contact form to receive a return form and a return label.


Please provide the order number in the subject line of the email, starting with a #. If you do not have the order number please provide the email address used for the order.


Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we make an error with your order.

Returns are processed within one week, and replacements are sent out as soon as they are in stock.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days.

Article 8 | Repairs

In the unfortunate event that a product breaks we offer a repair service for a great part of our collection. If the product is no longer eligible for warranty there are costs involved for the customer.

Please send a message to [email protected] with a photo of the product and in the case of a website order, the order number. Our team will take a look at the product and determine a price for the repair. This is based on the current state of the product, missing beads etc.

Rings: Starting from €10, including shipping.

Anklets: Starting from €10, excluding shipping.


Earrings are not possible to repair.


Article 9 | Care Instructions

To maintain the luster of your jewelry, wear it frequently and store it in a dark, dry place when not in use. The tarnished silver can be cleaned with silver polish and a soft cloth.

We offer a cleaning and repair service to keep your jewelry looking its best


Article 10 | Warranty

We stand by the quality of our jewelry with a 6-month guarantee period. Should your jewelry require repairs or replacement within this period, please contact us.


10.1 Repair
If the product is damaged or broken within the warranty period of 6 months Joy Jewellery Bali will repair the product without any costs. Please send a message to [email protected] with the order number and photo of the product.


10.2 Replacement
Some products cannot be repaired so in that case we offer a replacement. Joy Jewellery Bali will replace a product without any costs one time. The replacement product will have a warranty period of two weeks.


10.3 Items sold during a Sale
Items during a sale are non-refundable and do not have a warranty or guarantee. If something is wrong with the item, please contact [email protected] to inform us.


Article 11 | Intellectual property

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks displayed on joyjewellerybali.com and social media accounts are the property of Bali Bagus Trade and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our express written consent.


Article 12 | Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Limitation of Liability
Joy Jewellery Bali and Bali Bagus Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products.


12.2 Force Majeure
Bali Bagus Trade shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, and governmental actions.

Article 14 | Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.


Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration.

15.1 Wrapping
Each purchase is elegantly wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organza bag or other (seasonal) wrapping. We also offer complimentary messages; please specify your message in the comment box at checkout or send an email with your message, please provide your order number starting with a #.
