Joy Jewellery Bali Shipping Policy

Dispatch and Confirmation

We strive to dispatch your order promptly, typically within 2 business days. Upon placing an order with Joy Jewellery Bali, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from our business partner, MyParcel.

Responsibility

Up to and including the delivery, Joy Jewellery Bali is responsible for the order. After delivery, the responsibility is transferred to the customer.

International Shipments

Please note that shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Kindly check your national customs website to anticipate any additional costs beyond the order price.

Shipping Partners

All orders are processed by Post NL, the Dutch postal services. For international orders, Post NL will transfer the parcel to the official postal service of the destination country.

Import Duties for International Shipping

For shipments outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please refer to your national customs website to be aware of any additional costs.

Joy Jewellery Bali Return and Refund Policy

Right of Cancellation

If you've placed an order but wish to cancel it, please notify us as soon as possible. We'll cancel your order immediately and refund the purchase amount, including shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase from Joy Jewellery Bali. If you're not satisfied for any reason:

  • Returns are accepted within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 14 days, you can exchange the item or receive a gift card for the product amount, excluding shipping costs.
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the order date.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Joy Jewellery Bali accepts returns and exchanges for items that:

  • Return the product to the customer.
  • Offer a partial refund.
  • Exchange it for a different product.

How to Return an Order

Unsatisfied with your purchase? To initiate a return:

  • Email customerservice@joyjewellerybali.com or fill out our contact form to receive a return form and return label.
  • Include the order number in the email subject line (starting with a #). If you don't have the order number, please provide the email address used for the order.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error with your order.

  • Returns are processed within one week, and replacements are sent as soon as they're available.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days.

Joy Jewellery Bali Repair Service Policy

In the unfortunate event that one of our products breaks, Joy Jewellery Bali offers a repair service for a significant portion of our collection. If a product is no longer covered under warranty, repair costs will apply to the customer.

How to Request a Repair

  • Attach a photo of the broken product.
  • For website orders, include the order number in your message.

Our team will assess the product's condition and determine a repair price based on factors such as its current state and any missing components.

Repair Pricing Overview

  • Bracelets: Starting from €10, excluding shipping.
  • Necklaces: Starting from €15, excluding shipping.
  • Rings: Starting from €10, including shipping.
  • Anklets: Starting from €10, excluding shipping.

Note: Earrings are not eligible for repair.
